Well it’s the time of year that I am starting to think about Halloween costumes. My seven year old usually comes up with something he is dying to be but cannot be found in a store or online. This year is no exception! He would like to be a California Condor or a Macaw Parrot of some sort (turns out there are several types). Since he is pretty much the only one who finds the Condor cute, I’m leaning towards Macaw. I thought I was going to get off easy with my five year old because he is choosing The Flash, but it turns out he wants to be Kid Flash which has a strange mask in the store bought version. I may need to get cracking on these!
For those of you who are also thinking about your little one’s costumes, here are some fun ideas from our previous Halloweens. Just click on the images to see how it’s done!
I love hearing about the costumes you’ve made in the comments.
